Establishes special request license plates for individuals who have finished the Iditarod race, issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles upon application and written proof verified by the Iditarod Trail Committee.

Department may deny issuance of Iditarod finisher plates if the requested plate design duplicates an existing registration.

Sets the fee for Iditarod race finisher special request plates at $50, plus the standard vehicle registration fee.

Special request plate fees are collected only on first issuance and replacement, not on annual renewals.
