Grants the Alaska Real Estate Commission authority to revoke licenses of brokers, associate brokers, and real estate salespersons convicted of felonies or other crimes committed while licensed that affect their ability to practice competently and safely.

Expands revocation authority to include convictions for forgery, theft, extortion, conspiracy to defraud creditors, or fraud.

Establishes a seven-year waiting period before a person whose license was revoked under this provision can obtain or renew a license, measured from completion of their sentence.

Applies retroactively to criminal convictions for offenses occurring before, on, or after the effective date of the Act.

Changes statutory language to include "real estate salesperson" alongside brokers and associate brokers in license revocation provisions.
