Amends AS 23.10 to require employers to provide reasonable unpaid break time daily to nursing mothers so they may breastfeed or express breast milk.

Break time may be concurrent with other employer-provided breaks and must occur at times that ensure the health and comfort of both mother and child and maintain milk supply.

Employers must provide a private and sanitary room or location near the work area, excluding toilet stalls, where employees can express milk or breastfeed.

Employers are not required to allow children in the workplace outside of designated break times.

"Employer" definition includes corporations, companies, partnerships, firms, associations, organizations, sole proprietorships, the state, and all political subdivisions of the state.
