• Requires dealers to provide written repair estimates, post retail labor rates and technician certifications, and prohibits manufacturers from reselling returned products without full disclosure to prospective buyers.

• Grants ultimate purchasers the right to receive refund or replacement for nonconforming products within warranty term or one year of delivery, with depreciation deductions calculated using straight-line method over seven years.

• Establishes Alaska state jurisdiction and venue rules for manufacturer-dealer disputes, with litigation venue in the judicial district where the dealer's principal place of business is located.
