Amends AS 03.05.010(a) to add promotion and marketing of aquatic farm products to the commissioner of natural resources' duties for developing the agricultural industry.

Removes redundant language that repeated the purpose of promoting and developing the agricultural industry within the existing statute.

Requires the Department of Natural Resources to extend "Alaska Grown" logo program regulations (11 AAC 32.200 - 11 AAC 32.270) to include aquatic farm products.

Grants the commissioner authority to direct, administer, and supervise promotional and experimental work, extension services, and agricultural projects related to aquatic farming.
