Amends AS 11.46.740(a) to add a new offense of installing or enabling keystroke loggers or similar devices on a computer that record another person's keystrokes or entries transmitted wirelessly or by other nonwired means.

Establishes that criminal use of a computer includes knowingly installing keystroke loggers or other recording devices on computers without authorization.

Adds an affirmative defense allowing installation or enablement of keystroke loggers if the person installing the device owned the computer on which it was installed or enabled.

Reorganizes existing criminal use of a computer provisions by renumbering subsections (A) through (G) while maintaining their substantive content.
