Requires the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to publish information about active transportation projects on its Internet website when appropriations are made for projects included in the department's required project list.

Required website information must include project name, description, status, all appropriations with dates and fund sources, expenditures to date, future funding needed, work phase or stage, prime contractor name (if construction has begun), project schedule from inception to completion with any changes, and geographic location including borough or census district and election district.

Mandates the department update project information semi-annually.

Applies only to projects for which appropriations are made on or after the effective date of this Act.
