• Appropriates $146,685,700 in supplemental funding for fiscal year 2010 across state agencies, funded through general fund, federal receipts, and other sources including federal stimulus funds under P.L. 111-5.

• Allocates major funding to Department of Health and Social Services ($91,566,600), Department of Natural Resources ($36,056,300 including $35,408,100 for fire suppression), and Department of Corrections ($7,736,700).

• Appropriates $10,462,600 to Department of Corrections for implementing interest arbitration agreement with Alaska Correctional Officers Association for fiscal years 2010-2011.
