Amends AS 11.71.150(b) to add Salvia divinorum and Salvinorin A (Divinorin A) to Schedule IIA hallucinogenic controlled substances.

Adds buprenorphine as a Schedule III narcotic drug under new AS 11.71.160(g).

Corrects the spelling of "lorazepam" in Schedule IV controlled substances and repeals a provision regarding ketamine hydrochloride classification.

Creates AS 17.30.095 to restrict sale of dextromethorphan-containing products to persons 18 years or older, with exceptions for minors with emancipation, marriage, or parental status, or those with a prescription.

Makes reckless violation of dextromethorphan sale restrictions a Class B misdemeanor and requires sellers to mark products or restrict public access.
