Amends the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act to allow limited state-sponsored travel for the spouse or children of the governor or lieutenant governor.

Permits state resources to transport family members to non-partisan political events only when the spouse or child travels with the governor or lieutenant governor.

Requires the state to be reimbursed for actual transportation costs or, when actual costs cannot be calculated or state aircraft are used, the fair market value of the transportation.
