Declares that for-profit corporations organized in Alaska are not considered "persons" for purposes of influencing outcomes of public office elections, initiatives, referendums, or recalls.

Declares that limited liability companies organized in Alaska are not considered "persons" for purposes of influencing outcomes of public office elections, initiatives, referendums, or recalls.

Amends AS 10.06.010 (Alaska Corporations Code) to add a new subsection establishing the corporate personhood restriction.

Amends AS 10.50 (Limited Liability Company Act) to add a new section establishing the LLC personhood restriction.

Updates AS 06.05.301(b) to reflect the new corporate personhood provisions in state banking regulations.
