Amends Article II, Section 5 of the Alaska Constitution to replace the reference to "secretary of state" with "lieutenant governor" in the section describing legislative disqualifications.

Amends Article III, Section 25 of the Alaska Constitution to replace the reference to "secretary of state" with "lieutenant governor" in the section governing department heads and their appointment.

Corrects obsolete constitutional references that no longer align with Alaska's current government structure, as the office of secretary of state has been superseded by the lieutenant governor's role.

Requires the proposed amendments to be placed before Alaska voters at the next general election in accordance with Article XIII, Section 1 of the Alaska Constitution and state election laws.
