Requests the President direct all federal agencies in Alaska to fully comply with 15 U.S.C. 644(g), 15 U.S.C. 657f, and Executive Order 13360 regarding small business procurement preferences for service-disabled veterans

Establishes a three percent federal procurement goal for small businesses in Alaska owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans under 15 U.S.C. 644(g)

Requests joint oversight hearings by the U.S. House Small Business Committee, House Committee on Veterans' Affairs, Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs to address federal agencies' refusal or failure to comply with veteran-owned small business procurement requirements

Requests oversight hearings be held in Alaska to directly confront federal agencies that have failed to comply with applicable procurement preference laws and executive orders

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the President, Vice-President, Congressional leadership, relevant committee chairs, Cabinet secretaries, and Alaska's congressional delegation
