Proposes 40 amendments to the Alaska Constitution to replace gender-specific pronouns (he, him, his) with gender-neutral language throughout the document.

Changes masculine pronouns to neutral terms such as "oneself" instead of "himself," "the accused" instead of "him," and "the governor" instead of "he" in various constitutional sections.

Replaces occupational references like "fishermen" with "persons who fish" and updates titles such as "chairman" to "chair" to use gender-neutral language.

Applies amendments across all constitutional articles including provisions on criminal rights, legislative qualifications, executive branch powers, judicial procedures, and voting qualifications.

Requires voter approval at the next general election in accordance with Alaska Constitution Article XIII, Section 1.
