Urges U.S. Congress to enact S.J. Res. 26, a bipartisan resolution of disapproval that would prevent the Environmental Protection Agency's endangerment finding on greenhouse gases from taking effect.

Opposes EPA climate regulations that would expand from regulating 15,000 emitters to up to 6,000,000 American businesses, facilities, farms, and other greenhouse gas emitters.

Claims proposed regulations would harm Alaska's economy by increasing energy and food prices, reducing oil and gas production, and threatening refineries, the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System, and natural resource development that provides over 80 percent of the state's unrestricted general fund revenue.

Argues the Clean Air Act was not designed to regulate greenhouse gas emissions and does not account for Alaska's unique circumstances including population, physical size, geographic location, and arctic climate.

States the Legislature supports responsible climate measures developed by Congress through technological investments rather than regulations imposed by unelected federal bureaucrats.
