Urges Alaska's Congressional delegation to vote against pending federal health care reform bills and develop alternative reform that is affordable and accessible to all legal residents.

Alleges that federal health care reform bills would cut $466.7 billion from Medicare, require health insurance purchases, raise insurance premiums, and impose unfunded mandates on states.

Claims the bills would increase Medicaid enrollment by 15-20 million people, resulting in cost shifting to privately insured individuals and higher costs to states.

Requests Governor Parnell and the Administration review the constitutionality of special deals for other states contained in the federal health care reform bills.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to President Obama, Vice President Biden, Congressional leaders, Alaska's Congressional delegation, and state officials.
