Establishes medical assistance coverage for traumatic brain injury services under a Medicaid waiver program in accordance with federal Title XIX (Social Security Act) requirements.

Department must obtain federal government approval and secure dedicated appropriations before implementing traumatic brain injury services.

Department shall establish regulations that set additional eligibility standards and payment rates for traumatic brain injury services.

Requires annual assessments of recipients before the department may terminate payment for traumatic brain injury services to verify continued eligibility.
