Extends the motor fuel tax suspension period from August 31, 2009 to August 31, 2011, during which the tax imposed under AS 43.40.010 may not be collected.

Changes the repeal date of the tax suspension provision from August 31, 2009 to August 31, 2011.

Changes the repeal date for related sections (6(b) and (c)) from October 1, 2009 to October 1, 2011.

Builds upon existing suspension legislation enacted in chapter 2, 4SSLA 2008, which originally began September 1, 2008.
