Prohibits persons from soliciting funds or property on behalf of veterans or veterans organizations and using those funds or property for purposes other than those represented in the solicitation.

Makes violation of the false solicitation prohibition a Class A misdemeanor under Alaska Statutes 45.68.100(2).

Amends AS 45.68.050 by adding subsection (b) to establish the prohibition against misuse of veteran-related solicitations.

Maintains existing Class A misdemeanor penalty for soliciting charitable contributions without complying with registration requirements under AS 45.68.010.
