Defines "natural person," "human being," "child," and "individual" in Alaska law to include an infant member of the species Homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development.

Specifies that "born alive" means complete expulsion or extraction from the mother who, after expulsion or extraction, breathes, has a beating heart, has umbilical cord pulsation, or shows definite movement of voluntary muscles.

Applies the definition regardless of whether the umbilical cord has been cut or whether expulsion or extraction results from natural labor, induced labor, cesarean section, or induced abortion.

Clarifies that the subsection does not affirm, deny, expand, or contract any legal status or legal right applicable to any member of the species Homo sapiens at any point before being born alive.

Known as the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act; amends AS 01.10.060 by adding new subsection (c).
