Amends AS 28.20.445(c) and AS 28.22.221 to allow insurers to limit uninsured and underinsured motorists coverage to the highest limit under any one policy when a person holds multiple policies from the same insurer in the same household.

Removes the requirement that coverage be limited only to "named insureds," expanding the provision to apply to all insureds regardless of their status under the policies.

Changes terminology from "motorist" to "motorists" coverage throughout both statutes for consistency.

Establishes a priority order for payment when an injured person is entitled to coverage under multiple policies with different insurers, prioritizing coverages based on whether the injured person was occupying the vehicle and their insured status.

Applies the eight-tier priority hierarchy to both statutory sections, covering scenarios ranging from policies covering the occupied vehicle with named insureds to excess or umbrella policies covering non-occupied vehicles.
