• Increases penalties for driving under the influence while violating ignition interlock device requirements, imposing additional minimum imprisonment and fines of $500-$1,000 depending on prior revocation circumstances.

• Authorizes courts to reduce fines by the cost of ignition interlock device installation when probation is imposed, and establishes standards for device certification, calibration, and maintenance through Department of Public Safety regulations.

• Repeals AS 12.55.102(e)(2) and AS 28.35.030(r) relating to probation conditions and a prior DUI sentencing provision.
