• Expands disclosure requirements for all communications to include identification of the three largest contributors to the person paying for the communication, with specific formatting rules for print, video, and audio media.

• Eliminates restrictions limiting independent expenditures to only individuals, groups, and nongroup entities, allowing any person to make independent expenditures subject to reporting requirements.

• Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
