Establishes that for-profit corporations organized in Alaska are not considered "persons" for purposes of influencing outcomes of public office elections, initiatives, referendums, or recalls by amending AS 10.06.010.

Establishes that limited liability companies organized in Alaska are not considered "persons" for purposes of influencing outcomes of public office elections, initiatives, referendums, or recalls by adding new section AS 10.50.920.

Updates AS 06.05.301(b) to reflect amendments to the Alaska Corporations Code provisions that apply to state banks.

Applies restrictions to both direct election campaigns and ballot measure activities (initiatives, referendums, recalls).
