Adds new section 12.36.070 to Alaska statute allowing property owners to request return of their property held by law enforcement agencies.

Law enforcement agency must request a court hearing within 10 days of receiving a return request, with reasonable notice given to prosecution, defense, and other interested parties.

Court may order property returned to owner if the owner provides satisfactory proof of ownership and the law enforcement agency cannot prove it or another interested party is authorized to retain the property.

Court may impose reasonable conditions on owners claiming property under this section.
