Amends Alaska Statute 09.10.065 to allow sexual offense lawsuits to proceed without regard to the normal statute of limitations if they are pending or filed within one year of the law's effective date.

Applies retroactively to cases that would otherwise be barred by the statute of limitations under AS 09.10.140.

Allows both pending cases (filed before the effective date) and new cases (filed within one year after the effective date) to overcome existing time barriers.

The provision is temporary and automatically repeals one year after the effective date of the Act.
