Amends AS 11.71.150(b) to add Salvia divinorum and Salvinorin A (Divinorin A) to Schedule IIA hallucinogenic controlled substances in Alaska.

Salvia divinorum and Salvinorin A are added as items (21) and (22) respectively to the list of Schedule IIA hallucinogenic substances.

The amendment applies to any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing these substances, including their salts and isomers in any form.

Schedule IIA substances are subject to the same controlled substance regulations as other hallucinogens including LSD, psilocybin, and mescaline.
