Establishes term limits for Alaska state legislators: representatives limited to four full or partial successive terms before a one-term absence required for re-eligibility, and senators limited to two full or partial successive terms before a one-term absence required for re-eligibility.

Years served before the convening of the First Regular Session of the Twenty-Seventh Alaska State Legislature are excluded from counting toward the new tenure limits.

Proposes amendments to Article II, Section 3 and adds a new Section 30 to Article XV of the Alaska Constitution.

Amendments must be placed before voters at the next general election in accordance with Article XIII, Section 1 of the Alaska Constitution and state election laws.
