Amends AS 18.50.320 to allow the bureau to issue up to four certified copies of a deceased veteran's death certificate without charge to qualified persons.

Defines "qualified person" as a personal representative of the veteran's estate, a trustee of a revocable trust where the veteran was the settlor, or a person needing the certificate to satisfy an eligibility requirement for a benefit related to the veteran's death.

Defines "veteran" as an individual who was on active duty at death or received an honorable or general discharge from the U.S. Armed Services, National Guard, reserve units, Alaska Scouts, Alaska Territorial Guard, or Alaska Naval Militia, and was a state resident at the time of death.

Previously, all copies of death certificates required fees; this provision creates a no-charge exception specifically for deceased veterans' death certificates obtained by eligible persons.
