Requires sellers to clearly mark dextromethorphan products as restricted to persons 18 and older or by prescription, or limit public access by placing products behind a counter or similar means.

Provides an affirmative defense for sellers, retailers, and vendors who can prove by preponderance of the evidence that they exercised reasonable care and ensured employee notification of the requirements through written acknowledgment or other appropriate means.

Establishes a class B misdemeanor penalty for persons who recklessly sell dextromethorphan products in violation of age restrictions or recklessly fail to properly mark or restrict access to the products.
