• Amends AS 16.20.310(b) to add four specific requirements to the game management plan: planting grains and wildlife forage, altering plant cover for habitat, tilling to produce forage, and designing fencing and holding pens.

• Requires the commissioner to design and build diversionary or temporary fencing, holding pens, and other apparatus to prevent bison movement into agricultural areas.
