Allows producers to sell food products directly to consumers if the producer owned the food source before harvest, slaughter, or processing, with no third-party involvement in sales or raw ingredient processing.

Requires producers to provide consumers with a card stating "This product has not been inspected by any governmental agency and may be harmful to your health" at the point of sale.

Limits direct sales to producers whose gross annual food product sales do not exceed $200,000 in a calendar year.

Exempts direct producer-to-consumer food sales from regulation, testing, inspection, penalties, and enforcement by the Department of Environmental Conservation or Department of Natural Resources.

Allows producers to maintain optional sales logs containing consumer contact information, product names, and quantities sold.
