Prohibits health care insurers in Alaska from denying coverage for early refills of prescription eye drops prior to the end of the prescribed dosage period.

Requires insurers offering coverage for prescription eye drops in group or individual markets to allow limited refilling without regard to early refill coverage restrictions.

Limits early refill quantities to the amount of remaining dosage initially approved for coverage, to the extent practicable.

Applies to health care insurance plans offered, issued for delivery, delivered, or renewed after the bill's effective date.
