Establishes the Robo-call Prohibition Act to prohibit automated or recorded message telephone calls used for advertisements, solicitations, or political campaigns under Alaska Statutes 45.50.475.

Prohibits telephone solicitation of customers whose numbers are registered on the national do-not-call registry and customers who have previously requested not to receive solicitation calls.

Creates exemptions for automated calls related to delivery status of purchased goods or services, responses to customer inquiries, and calls made with live operator permission obtained before the recorded message is delivered.

Limits liability for employers and individual solicitors who violate the prohibition if they can demonstrate written compliance procedures, proper training, or good faith error in making the call.
