Permits individual permit holders to replace personal use cabins destroyed by wildland fire or act of God on state land.

Replacement cabin may not exceed the land area of the destroyed cabin but may exceed the destroyed cabin's height.

Replacement cabin is subject to the same terms and conditions as the original permit issued for the destroyed cabin.

Applies retroactively to January 1, 2007 for cabins placed on state land before August 1, 1984 and permitted after July 31, 1984.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
