Amends AS 06.05.301(b) to clarify that the new corporate restrictions apply to state banks, adding AS 10.06.010(a)(4)-(8) to the list of inconsistent provisions.

Creates new section AS 10.50.920 establishing the limitation on limited liability companies' personhood in electoral contexts.
