Establishes "snow classic" as an authorized form of charitable gaming, defined as a game of chance awarding prizes for the closest guess of total snow accumulation at a specific location on Mount Alyeska on a specific date and time, limited to the Alyeska Snow Classic operated by Four Valleys Community School, Inc.

Adds snow classics to the list of permitted charitable gaming activities that municipalities and qualified organizations may conduct under permit from the department.

Permits use of broadcasting to promote fish derbies, dog mushers' contests, types of classics, and raffles and lotteries for charitable gaming purposes.

Permits use of the Internet and Internet communications to promote any charitable gaming activity under the chapter, with definitions of "Internet" and "Internet communication" included.

Annuls 15 AAC 160.945(b) and establishes definitions for "broadcasting," "Internet," and "Internet communication" in statute.
