Amends AS 08.88.071 to add a new category (7) authorizing the Real Estate Commission to issue temporary permits to manage or conclude a broker's business if investigation shows misappropriated trust funds, the broker's license is suspended, or the broker is incapacitated by traumatic event or medical condition.

Modifies AS 08.88.398 to clarify that licensed assistants (salespersons or associate brokers) may only work for another licensed salesperson or associate broker (not a broker), and both must be employed by the same broker with written approval.

Amends AS 08.88.401(e) to permit real estate licensees to make charitable contributions and advertise their intent to donate to charitable organizations without violating prohibitions on improper payments.

Effective date of July 1, 2012.
