Creates new statute AS 26.05.262 authorizing organized militia members on active state service to designate a person on the Department of Defense Military Record of Emergency Data Form (DD Form 93) to direct disposition of their remains if they die in duty status as defined in 10 U.S.C. 1481.

Adds new statute AS 26.10.065 extending the same authority to state resident members of the armed forces who designate a person on their DD Form 93 to direct remains disposition upon death in duty status.

Includes provision for United States Coast Guard members who execute the Coast Guard Designation of Beneficiaries and Record of Emergency Data Form (CG-2020D) to designate remains disposition authority on that form.

Makes the designated person's authority to direct remains disposition override any other provision of law, regardless of family or other claims.
