Establishes a requirement for procurement of group life and health insurance for public employee retirement systems that preventive health services benefits for retirees may not be less than benefits provided to active members

Applies to three retirement systems: teachers (AS 14.25), judges (AS 22.25), and public employees (AS 39.35)

Amends AS 39.30.090(a) by adding paragraph (13) to codify this preventive health services parity standard
