Allows persons who receive a certificate for set-aside misdemeanor convictions to truthfully answer that they have not been convicted of the offense that was set aside.

Adds requirement for sex offenders on probation to have contact at least once each week with their probation officer as a condition of probation.

Adds requirement for parolees convicted of sex offenses to have contact at least once each week with their parole officer as a condition of parole.

Applies the changes to probation and parole conditions only to offenses committed on or after the effective date of the Act.
