Amends Alaska Statute 26.23.900(2) to expand the definition of "disaster" to include "erosion of land by water"

Adds erosion of land by water to the list of incidents that constitute a disaster, placing it among weather-related events like storms, tidal waves, and tsunamis

Maintains existing disaster definitions including oil/hazardous substance releases, equipment failures, enemy or terrorist attacks, and disease outbreaks

Allows erosion to qualify for disaster response and assistance when it causes widespread or severe damage, injury, loss of life or property, or shortage of food, water, or fuel
