Amends AS 14.40.210(a) to authorize the University of Alaska president to enter into partnership agreements with corporations lawfully doing business in Alaska.

Partnership agreements must be for the purpose of marketing and distributing technology developed by or through the University of Alaska.

Partnership agreements must include adequate protections for private financial information, intellectual property, and other confidential information relevant to the agreement.

Allows University of Alaska employees to conduct research or develop businesses related to their university employment, with possible joint ownership by the employee and the university.
