Amends the definition of "passenger vehicle" in AS 43.52.099(2) to exclude motorcycles and motor-driven cycles from the passenger vehicle rental tax.

Adds a new subsection (H) to the list of vehicle types exempted from the passenger vehicle rental tax, specifically motorcycles and motor-driven cycles as defined in AS 28.90.990.

Changes the conjunction before the new exemption from "OR" to "or" to properly connect the dealer replacement vehicle exemption (G) with the motorcycle exemption (H).

Takes effect immediately upon enactment under AS 01.10.070(c).
