Waives rental fees for public use cabins and overnight lodgings in state parks for Alaska resident veterans and individuals 65 years of age or older.

Provides free annual state park developed campsite permits to disabled veterans who are not Alaska residents, allowing use without charge or fee.

Defines "veteran" according to AS 38.05.067 and "developed campsite" as a campsite with restrooms, picnic table, outdoor cooking facility, and approved water source.

Narrows the previous language to specify the fee waiver applies only to disabled veterans who are non-residents, while extending free cabin rental specifically to resident veterans and seniors 65 and older.

Requires the department to report annually by February 1 on the number of permits issued to disabled veterans during the previous calendar year.
