Acknowledges Reagan's appointment of Sandra Day O'Connor as the first woman Justice of the United States Supreme Court.

Highlights Reagan's Alaska-specific accomplishments including signing the 1983 Alaska Railroad Transfer Act, supporting Aleut reparations for World War II internment, and backing the Village Built Clinic Leasing Program for Native villages.

Directs the Alaska State Legislature to honor President Reagan's memory and recognize his accomplishments in service to Alaska, the nation, and the world.
