Establishes the Alaska Working Group on Interstate Energy Production within the Alaska State Legislature to develop an inter-legislature agreement for collaborating with other states on federal energy policy.

Comprises four members: two senators appointed by the President of the Senate and two representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Working group may meet during and between regular legislative sessions, with member travel in-state or to other states subject to approval by legislative leadership.

Must submit a report of findings and proposed legislative changes to the Alaska State Legislature on or before January 17, 2012, with authority to submit additional reports as needed.

Working group terminates January 18, 2013.
