Increases the base student allocation for Alaska public schools from $5,680 to $5,805 effective July 1, 2012.

Further increases the base student allocation to $5,930 effective July 1, 2013.

Increases the base student allocation to $6,055 effective July 1, 2014.

Implements three consecutive annual increases over a three-year period totaling $375 per student.
