Appropriates $2,000,000,000 from the constitutional budget reserve fund to the Alaska pension trust reserve fund under AS 37.14.900.

Appropriates $2,000,000,000 from the constitutional budget reserve fund to the Alaska permanent fund under the Alaska Constitution.

Total appropriation of $4,000,000,000 from other funds with no general fund impact.

Pension trust reserve fund appropriation is contingent on the Twenty-Seventh Alaska State Legislature passing and enacting a bill creating the Alaska pension trust reserve fund.

Both appropriations are for capitalization of funds and do not lapse; bill takes effect June 30, 2012.
