Increases the maximum lease period for Alaska Railroad Corporation land from 55 years to 95 years without requiring legislative approval.

Applies only to leases where the corporation reserves the right to terminate the lease if the land is needed for railroad purposes.

Amends AS 42.40.285 to modify legislative approval requirements for railroad corporation actions.
